We release each week of programming each Sunday night on the SugarWOD app. All athletes have access to leaderboards and our coaching staff.

Training days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Rest days are Wednesday and Sunday. You can adjust these days as needed. Each training day takes around 90 minutes.

This program assumes access to a standard CrossFit gym. Specialty equipment like strongman implements and pegboards are not required.
