RISE

Rx everything.

Patience.

Consistency.

Effort. Time.

RISE is for athletes who want to Rx everything.

Have you ever wondered how muscle ups and handstand walking can look so easy?

The truth is, what Rx athletes do now isn’t how they got there.

When you get strong, everything becomes easier.

So how do you get stronger?

Doing scaled versions of Rx workouts isn’t enough.

Doing endless technique drills also misses the target, the key is to get strong enough first.

How you get strong is a program designed for you. A program that meets you where you are and challenges you to grow.

RISE is a strength and conditioning program that lays this essential foundation for fitness athletes.

If you want to Rx everything, here are some strength landmarks:
-133% bodyweight weighted pullup
-133% bodyweight weighted dip

We came to these numbers after working with thousands of athletes, and comparing notes with coaches who have done the same.

For most, it takes an average of two years of resistance training before these standards become attainable.

That’s longer than most people think.

You can do all the skill drills, tips and tricks, and you might get your first couple reps - but what happens next?

Without the foundation of strength, your connective tissue is vulnerable. This is where the shoulder injuries rear their ugly heads.

How many athletes do you know who have been stuck at a few muscle ups for months, even years?

A foundation of strength is the key to:
-doing bigger sets of the Rx movements
-doing the Rx movements for years pain free

RISE is a program designed to make you stronger, so you can perform the Rx movements with ease.

We designed RISE for those who want to invest the years to become Rx athletes.
