FAQ

  • We release each week of programming each Sunday night on the SugarWOD app. All athletes have access to leaderboards and our coaching staff.

  • This program is for CrossFit competitors who are confident they will qualify for Quarterfinals, and are looking for their best finish in that stage.

    If you want to acquire Rx skills, then we recommend our RISE program.

    If you want to look and feel your best, then we recommend our THRIVE program.

  • Training days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Rest days are Wednesday and Sunday. You can adjust these days as needed. Each training day takes around two hours.

  • This program assumes access to a standard CrossFit gym. Specialty equipment like strongman implements and pegboards are not required.
